#1.Focus on your strengths.
I believe everyone of us has something to offer.Something we're extremely good at.Focusing on this will even strengthen your strengths more,because you will feel satisfied and have something good to offer and feel proud of yourself.Most of all you will feel content.
#2.Gratitude.
Gratitude journals are simply diaries that you fill out at the end of the day.It starts from recognizing the small things people do for us each day,be it small as someone giving you way to pass or someone smiling at you.It's a helpful reminder of all you have to be thankful for.

Make a gratitude jar instead.Write something you're grateful for on a small piece of paper and fill up your jar with one paper or more everyday and take time to read the papers every time you're having a bad day.
#3.Mindfulness.
Yes living in the moment.It means taking a few minutes out of your day to focus on exactly where you are,what you're doing and how that feels to promote a sense of contentment.
Being content brings happiness because you won't dwell on what you don't have and to be happy you need to appreciate and accept the situation at hand and dwell on what you have and work hard for what you don't.
