Embracing negativity.

Problems will always be a part of our lives and running away from them is the worst decision.Remember that opposites attract and negativity has to exist in order to have positivity.What we really need to do is look into how we can take care when the negativity kicks in.So I'm not here to tell you what to do and what not,I'm gonna tell you some of the things that I do to treat the negative days.

   Listen to music that will put you in the mood you want to be in. Don't wallow in being negative all alone listen to music and dance it off I do that often and it helps a lot.
 
   Embrace the negativity,accept that it's part of your life you don't have to be perfect to be happy.I always tell myself "No matter how sad I am there's someone going through exactly what I'm going through and they just pretend better than I do."

   Talk to someone,well I rarely talk about how I feel it's  kind of hard and if you're like me I get it.But try to talk to people well not just anyone "while making followers on your social media make sure to make friends you'll need them" someone once told me that and guess what it made total sense.

    It's not permanent every situation is temporal remember that.You won't feel negative all the time and don't do things you'll regret later because when you're not in the right mind you'll make decisions that you probably wouldn't make when you're in your right

YOU WONT ALWAYS FEEL GOOD BUT REMEMBER YOU'RE HUMAN.
